Shipping Policy

Plenty Flowers ships across the United States! We currently use UPS Ground to ship out all products. Due to the low-cost nature of our products, none of our products include free shipping.

In-store pickup is available Monday through Saturday for all local customers! Please review our hours of operations.

Shipping is determined based on products weight, dimensions, quantity. 

Our team is all about transparency and want to inform of the increase of shipping costs across the world. Shipping Containers to Domestic Shipping Carriers Have Increased Pricing Due To Global Shortages, Gas Prices Inflation, Etc.

Floral Boxes and Foam Bears are one of the largest items in our collections, shipping cost may be high due to the volume size and weight. Packages we sent out our in large dimensions.

Please allow up to 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for orders to process for shipping. 

Orders placed around the holiday seasons (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day etc.) may take 5 to 6 business days to process. We make every effort to fulfill orders as soon as possible.

Once an order is finished processing a confirmation email will be sent along with a tracking number. Shipping typically takes 1 to 7 business days depending on customer location.

Customers are able to use their own shipping carrier account if preferred to our shipping rates. Please note, a Packing Fee Will Be Applied For All Materials and Costs in order to process your order. Contact us to know more about this option before placing your order!

The closer you are to Florida the sooner your order will arrive!

  • We hold no responsibility for orders once the authorized shipping company has confirmed delivery of a package.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

If a customer places a "In Store" pick up order and it requires shipping, our team will contact you to process the payment for the shipping processing fee. No exceptions.

If customers require any delivery to local, Miami, freight forwarders, a delivery fee will be applicable.
